One Wall Street, an important landmark of art-deco design, was the vision of legendary architect Ralph Walker, whose sculptural approach to the modern skyscraper helped define the optimism and artistry of the Jazz Age.
Originally created as the headquarters of the Irving Trust Company, this impeccably restored 50-storey tower has undergone its most significant transformation yet.
At its summit, just 17 private residences occupy the building’s uppermost floors. Each home honours Walker’s architectural heritage while embracing contemporary sophistication, with expansive layouts, soaring ceilings, bespoke finishes and commanding views across Lower Manhattan.
