The Key to the Riviera

To celebrate Easter, our Pastry Chef Romain Ricciardi presents a chocolate creation inspired by the Maybourne heritage.

Featuring a dark Alpaco 66% chocolate shell with golden reflections, this egg is adorned with a delicately sculpted golden key, a true tribute to the Roquebrune Castle. This exceptional piece is further embellished at its crown and base with intricate motifs of Gianduja milk chocolate (35%) and crunchy Piedmont hazelnuts. Hidden within lies a treasure of chocolate gold coins, capturing the radiant light of the Riviera in a decadent treasure chest.

Signature cakes

Fraisier: A seasonal delight made with the sweetest Provençal strawberries. Light génoise sponge is layered with vanilla cream and homemade strawberry jam.

Creation Chocolat: A twist on a classic chocolate cake, our biscuit Brownie is rich and creamy, made with vanilla crémeux and 70% Guanaja chocolate mousse.

Menton Lemon Pie: The taste of the Riviera. Sweet pastry filled with almond frangipane, lemon cream, Italian meringue and candied lemon, made with Menton’s finest local lemons.
