Nicolas Rouzaud at The Connaught is now delivering across London, Monday - Sunday 11am - 2pm. Delivery can be booked 24-hours in advance, and 48 hours for celebration cakes.

Rouzaud approaches the classics of the French pastry and viennoiserie with a creative boldness, exemplified by his Trio au Chocolat, a reworking of the traditional Pain au Chocolate. Launched in 2025, the Maison de Haute Pâtisserie Nicolas Rouzaud is a refined showcase for Rouzaud’s impeccably crafted artistry.

    Introducing

    Our beloved Connaught hound, proudly adorning the hotel emblem, is reimagined as a chocolate hazelnut cake. This miniature work of art will be a patisserie signature, available to take away or feast on at the Patisserie.
