Launched in 2025, the Maison de Haute Pâtisserie Nicolas Rouzaud is a refined showcase for Rouzaud’s impeccably crafted artistry.

Introducing

Our beloved Connaught hound, proudly adorning the hotel emblem, is reimagined as a chocolate hazelnut cake. This miniature work of art will be a patisserie signature, available to take away or feast on at the Patisserie.
