Signatures to Savour

This season’s collection celebrates high summer and the glorious bounty of fruit that comes with it. Making its debut is the Cherry, a deep red, lustrous illusion with a fresh filling. The acid-green Lime promises an equally zesty flavour, and the seasonal favourite Strawberry receives a subtle basil twist. Meanwhile, the raspberry trompe-l'œil and oversized almond cookies are made to share.

    A showcase of pâtisserie elegance, Goûtea fuses the French tradition of sweet snacking with the best of afternoon tea. Served in The Berkeley Café, it offers an effortlessly chic setting for indulgence.

    Celebration Cakes

    From that standout feast to a magnificent wedding centrepiece, celebration cakes by Cedric Grolet are exquisite, edible works of art. Choose from three re-imaginations of the classic Saint Honoré which all cater for 70 or more guests: a tall and tiered creation, a showstopping single tiered cake or stunning number-shaped delights, all available in either decadent vanilla or chocolate.
