From striking Easter eggs to lovingly created Goûtea miniatures, this season has an extra spring in its step. Discover a collection inspired by the Patisserie’s Hyde Park neighbour, including the Hazelnut illusion and playful Squirrel signature with notes of croustillant praline and fleur de sel. Easter brings limited-edition cocoa creations – for the definitive egg hunt.
Available from 16 March until 7 April.
Cedric Grolet’s spring collection celebrates lightness, colour and freshness. Tropical fruits, bright citrus and delicate florals come together in airy, refined textures that captures the season’s optimism. Hero flavours such as coconut–passion fruit, hazelnut, pear, grapefruit and mango take centre stage - from vibrant citrus lifts to soft, caramelised sweetness and smooth, nutty warmth.
Visually striking and flavour‑led, each creation offers a fresh expression of spring in every bite.
British afternoon tea meets Cedric Grolet’s world of pâtisserie
Served in The Berkeley Café or at the Chef’s Counter, Goûtea brings together traditional afternoon tea with Grolet’s celebrated approach to French pâtisserie. Expect classic finger sandwiches, warm scones and a selection of his signature desserts - meticulously sculpted to resemble fruit and flowers - alongside delicate pastries and indulgent cookies.
A glass of Champagne Billecart-Salmon or a thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic pairing completes the experience, whether enjoyed after an afternoon in Knightsbridge’s boutiques or as a considered pause beside Hyde Park.
From that standout feast to a magnificent wedding centrepiece, celebration cakes by Cedric Grolet are exquisite, edible works of art. Choose from three re-imaginations of the classic Saint Honoré which all cater for 70 or more guests: a tall and tiered creation, a showstopping single tiered cake or stunning number-shaped delights, all available in either decadent vanilla or chocolate.
Share the magic of Cedric Grolet at The Berkeley with a gift voucher designed for sweet-toothed connoisseurs. From iconic fruit sculptures to delicate viennoiseries, it’s an invitation to experience pastry perfection.
