Claridge's X The Newt

For two weeks only, The Foyer & Reading Room menus celebrate ingredients from The Newt’s Somerset estate. Expect heritage tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and estate-reared British White beef and lamb, alongside the seasonal flavours of rhubarb, strawberry and orchard apples. Each dish reflects field-to-fork philosophy, bringing rural idyll to Mayfair’s tables.
