    Meet the Bakers

    Internationally acclaimed chef and baker Richard Hart serves as Executive Baker & Creative Director, working alongside Head Baker Frederic Doncel‑Latorre. Together, they craft a menu that celebrates classic British favourites and globally renowned sourdough breads.

    The opening marks Richard Hart’s highly anticipated return to the UK after decades of experience across San Francisco, Copenhagen, and Mexico City, bringing his worldwide expertise to Claridge’s complemented by Frederic Doncel‑Latorre’s exceptional skill and leadership within the bakery.
