An ode to Diane von Furstenberg's celebrated style

Originally penned by Belgian fashion designer, Diane von Furstenberg, and later modernised by Michelle Wu, the Grand Piano Suite brings together fashion, art and the unmistakable character of Claridge’s in one of Mayfair’s most distinctive designer suites.

Soft tones of turquoise and blush are layered with velvet, silk and subtle gold accents, bringing timeless style to the suite’s generously proportioned living spaces. A grand piano anchors the sitting room, giving the suite both its name and natural focal point, while an intimate library offers a quieter place to read, reflect and pause.

At the fireplace, Annie Morris’s Stack of Eight sculpture brings a distinctive contemporary note, while playful zodiac details are hidden inside the private bar.

A reminder that at Claridge’s, style never stands still, the suite is equally suited to a fashion week stay as it is a weekend of celebration, whether gathering around for pre-dinner music, watching life on distinguished Davies Street unfold from the terrace, or closing the door and enjoying the art of having nowhere else to be.
