Next day delivery is only available for delivery to UK addresses. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon are scheduled to arrive the next day subject to Royal Mail. Orders placed after 12 noon will not be processed until the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday and are therefore scheduled to arrive the following Tuesday.

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from point of sale, except for afternoon tea gift voucher which are valid for 18 months from point of sale and the masterclasses which are only valid on the date stated on the voucher. Your Gift Voucher features a unique reference ID code and cannot be extended beyond the expiry date shown on the front of the voucher.

Advance bookings are necessary and reservations are subject to availability.

Experience and monetary vouchers may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferable. Once initially redeemed any outstanding amounts cannot be transferred to a future visit.

Monetary vouchers must be redeemed at one time, no change or cash back will be given and no voucher for the difference will be issued. No photocopies will be accepted.

Any changes to experiences will be advised at time of booking.

Vouchers may not be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase.

Voucher must be used by persons over 18 years of age only.
