We are seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to join our Fleet Services team at Maybourne Hotel Group.

Main duties & responsibilities

As a Fleet Controller you will be responsible for the day to day supervision and coordination of the group’s Fleet Services in London, ensuring that clear and precise communication is maintained at all times and that guests are being transported safely and up to hotel standards.


Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Fleet Services Manager in the daily operations and realisation of departmental projects and goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily vehicle bookings, allocate all confirmed jobs to the chauffeurs on duty and track all bookings accordingly on the Fleet Services system.
  • Conduct quality checks on vehicles, as well as chauffeur and booking services.
  • Effectively manage all incoming queries and provide accurate quotations and costings of jobs as required.
  • Take responsibility of VIP services and special bookings in collaboration with our Concierge teams.
  • Monitor and facilitate the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet of cars, including safety checks, repairs, licensing, cleanliness and any other aspect as required.
