We are seeking an exceptional Group Commissions Clerk to join the Maybourne Hotel Group team.

This is an exciting Group Commissions Clerk role within a busy accounts team and an ideal step to further your career with a fantastic finance team.

Main duties & responsibilities

As a Group Commissions Clerk you will be responsible to ensure validity and accuracy of all travel agents’ commissions, and the appropriate allocation and timely payment to agencies.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • To be responsible and prepare, check, adjust and upload commission reports to Onyxpay according to the weekly schedule for all MHG properties;
  • Check for accuracy, prepare and approve commission payment to TAs via hotel accounts payable (bacs payments);
  • Ensure all information on the Agency Net Commission list is updated and cross checked with weekly commission payment report;
  • Ensure the information showing on the Onyxpay commission report is accurate.
  • Acting as MHG hotels point of contact for all commission related enquires.

Entry Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in a similar Group Commissions Clerk role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry. We would be looking for someone that has outstanding people management skills, a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational abilities. The role is varied and involves a great deal of interaction with all departments within the Hotel.

  • A high standard of personal presentation
