An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Sales Coordinator to be based in New York and provide administrative sales support to the US Sales team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to Director of Sales, The Americas, the main responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • To be responsible for the daily running of the office, ensuring that urgent client queries by telephone and email are answered / actioned in an appropriate manner at all times.
  • In conjunction with other administrative staff, to ensure the telephones are adequately covered during business hours and that calls are directed to the relevant staff member or detailed messages are taken and actioned as appropriate.
  • To monitor incoming emails of the teams when they are away from the office.
  • To ensure all incoming leads are researched and passed to the appropriate Sales Manager with the details added to Sales force.
  • To enter notes, contacts and correspondence, where applicable, into Sales Force.
  • Assist with the organization of roadshows, fam trips and client events and ensure all information is added to SF. Co-ordinate invitations and responses to showcases, presentations and other promotional events.

Entry Requirements

Successful candidates for our Sales Coordinator opportunity will:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, assistant, coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other Office software.
  • Legal right to work in USA.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Have a high standard of personal presentation with confident, professional and welcoming personality.
  • Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Maybourne and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.
