A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Concierge Coordinator to join the opening Guest Liaison team at The Emory.

The Maybourne is proud to introduce a new architectural landmark to London. The final project designed by the late Lord Richard Rogers, The Emory will be an exclusive, world-class hub of art and culture which marks the addition of a modern masterpiece to the group's global luxury estate. Situated on Knightsbridge and overlooking Hyde Park, The Emory will present 60 extraordinary suites set over 8 floors and a spectacular penthouse occupying the entire 9th floor.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Concierge Coordinator you will ensure that correspondence is answered and completed in a timely manner. To look after guest requests, booking confirmations and Concierge/ Emory Assistant admin work. To support the Emory Assistant team on the desk/guest floors when required. 

 

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Provide an efficient support to the Emory Assistant team, which shall include but not limited to writing, answering, and sending emails, answering telephone calls and completing administrative work.
  • To ensure you become a known point of contact within the department and you develop and maintain excellent working relationships with guests and staff.
  • Maintain an up to date working knowledge of hotel services and products.
  • Respond to all guests and departmental requests in a timely fashion.
  • Liaise with Guest Services team to post external guest charges to their main hotel account which shall include but not limited to chauffeur services, newspapers, theatre tickets, shopping requests.
