A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join The Emory Rooftop Bar department team at The Emory

The Emory Rooftop Bar is London’s best-kept secret, offering spectacular 360-degree views of the capital's skyline and striking décor by acclaimed interior architect Rémi Tessier.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As Bartender you will be responsible for creating welcoming and friendly guest experiences while maintaining high levels of bar service and table management at all times. You will be an ambassador for the abc kitchens at The Emory and to promote the Restaurant and its concept to existing and potential customers.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure they have full and detailed knowledge of all menus at all times and to contribute confidently in briefings and to guests.
  • Whenever possible, to anticipate guests needs to enhance quality service to heighten client satisfaction and to encourage others to deliver the same.
  • Ensure all Mise-en-place is in good order and prepared at all times during service to maintain good speed of service and quality.
  • Minimise guest recovery and complaints wherever possible through organised and professional service.
  • Perform any other related duties or special tasks as requested by Management, ensuring seamless service for guests
  • Ensure that all goods are put away correctly and neatly and that all areas area cleaned according to the cleaning schedule.
  • Follow abc kitchens and The Emory standards of service and delivery, maintaining budget goals, LQA standards and Forbes standards.

Successful candidates for the Bartender opportunity will demonstrate genuine dedication to The Emory and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
