A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Supervisor to join and assist leading the Connaught Patisserie.

The Connaught Patisserie by Nicolas Rouzaud is a jewel in the heart of Mayfair nestled at the side of The Connaught, and on majestic Mount Street.

The Patisserie, designed by Ab Rogers Design, serves and sells delicious handmade delicacies to carry you through the day from the first morning croissant, to an afternoon patisserie with champagne, and beautifully boxed celebratory cakes to pick up on the way home for a special post-supper treat. Our cakes and pastries are crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Rouzaud and his team of patissiers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As Supervisor, you will:

  • Assist the Assistant Patisserie Manager in leading a team of 8 in the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
  • Be an excellent and confident communicator, who will take a hands-on approach to your role and be a true ambassador of excellent service.  
  • Have a natural ability to support a successful team, and have a wealth of food and beverage knowledge, including a wide variety of teas and coffee.

Entry Requirements

As Supervisor, you will be a talented individual with proven experience within a similar environment in a team leader role where quality patisserie, tea and coffee are key priorities. An excellent and confident communicator, you will take a hands-on approach to your role and your team, with a focus on training and developing colleagues. Previous experience within a similar environment is highly desirable for this role.
