A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join the main kitchen brigade at the award-winning 5-Star luxury Connaught Hotel.

Main duties & responsibilities

As Sous Chef, you will:

  • Be responsible for the day to day running of the main kitchen, with a bigger focus in the all day dining Jean-Georges restaurant, ensuring delivery of exceptional quality and service for our valued guests.
  • Be working with the freshest seasonal produce and ingredients and within a highly talented brigade.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all menus and the running of the kitchen.

Entry Requirements

As Sous Chef, you will:

  • Be passionate about working in a quality, renowned food environment and be an excellent manager who motivates and develops your brigade.
  • Take a hands-on approach to your role and be able to organise and prioritise to ensure quality and service delivery.

With this in mind, you will have experience ideally at similar level within a quality dining environment and have proven experience.
