We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Night Luggage Porter to join the Concierge team at the award-winning 5-Star deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Main duties & responsibilities

Your main role and responsibilities will be to welcome our guests in a warm and friendly manner to the Hotel, deliver luggage to and from guest’s room and assist guest with any request they may have.

Entry requirements

As Night luggage porter you will possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests. You must maintain high knowledge of Hotel information and special events in order to respond to guest enquiries. You will be an excellent team player, and have excellent communication and guest care skills. You will have pride and attention to detail in your work. In addition, you will have a good knowledge of London and the local area. Ideally, you will have proven experience within a similar environment.
