An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate In-Room Dining Manager to lead the In-Room Dining team at the award-winning 5-star deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Main duties & responsibilities

As In-Room Dining Manager you will:

  • Ensure the seamless running of the department;
  • Develope the team to provide excellent customer service;
  • Exceed our high legendary standards. 

You will be a professional in the team at The Connaught and ensure the achievement of optimum profitability and maintaining the financial control of the department.

Entry Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with great internal and external customer focus. The ideal candidate will be able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a real passion for hospitality and would like to build their career in the Food and Beverage Division.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

  • Supervisory or management skills of leading and managing a large team
  • Excellent knowledge of food, wine, liquor and champagnes
  • An innovator in Food and Beverage
  • An excellent command of the English language – written and oral
  • Ability to demonstrate administrative skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
