We are looking for a talented and passionate In-Room Dining Coordinator to join the In-Room Dining department at the award-winning 5-Star deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Main duties & responsibilities

As In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will:

  • Play a key role in supporting the In Room Dining and Butler department to ensure an efficient and smooth running of the daily operation.
  • Be responsible in managing telephone calls, dispatching orders from guests and following up communication to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
  • Have a great knowledge of hotel information and food and beverage menus.

As In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will:

  • Be an excellent team player and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Have pride and attention to detail in your work.
  • Be flexible, able to use your initiative and organise your activities well.
  • Be a natural and confident communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
