Guest recognition executive
We are looking for an engaging and inspiring guest recognition executive to join the award-winning 5-Star deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Main duties & responsibilities
As guest recognition executive, you will ensure the highest guest recognition and satisfaction is provided to all guests at the Connaught at all times. You will prepare the necessary reports such as VIP list and activity report as well as working very closely with agents, bookers and guests to ensure that all requirements during our guests’ stay is obtained and seamlessly executed.
You must be passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organised to ensure that all requests and tasks are attended to without any delays. You will need to have excellent communication skills and has a pleasant telephone manner. You need to work well under pressure with excellent ability to coordinate efficiently with other departments and bring good administration and organisational skills.
We anticipate applicants will have previous experience in Reception or Guest Relations and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
