Events & Groups Executive
As GROUPS AND EVENTS EXECUTIVE you will join an exceptional award-winning team within this high profile hotel. You will take ownership of events including corporate events, lunches and dinners, meetings, and conferences etc and administrative duties related to your role within the department.

Main duties & responsibilities
This includes:
1. Ensuring all confirmed bookings and client requirements are met from the enquiry date through to the close of billing.
2. Actively promote the hotel through excellent customer service and maximise revenue potential to achieve targets.
3. Ensure an efficient and professional communication is maintained with guests and colleagues to provide up to date information and attend to their needs in a timely manner.
4. To be a natural and confident communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
5. To be organised and proactive approach to your role and have proven experience in managing events from intimate private dinners to weddings.
