A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join the new Connaught Patisserie - one of The Connaught's newest ventures, newly opened in October 2020.

Main duties & responsibilities

As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie you will work with the Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Chef de Partie in the day to day running of the Connaught P√Ętisserie, and ensuring delivery of exceptional quality and consistency. You will assist ensuring quality standards are achieved.

Entry Requirements

As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Be an excellent team player with hands-on and organised approach to your role, passionate about your team and working in a leading hotel operation.
  • Be able to assist the team’s creative style, while contributing to an exciting environment within the department.

With this in mind, you will have previous solid experience at a similar level and have proven experience within a quality hotel and/or restaurant Pastry team.
