A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join the new Connaught Patisserie - one of The Connaught's newest ventures, newly opened in October 2020.

As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie you will work with the Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Chef de Partie in the day to day running of the Connaught Pâtisserie, and ensuring delivery of exceptional quality and consistency. You will assist ensuring quality standards are achieved.
