An exceptional opportunity for a highly talented and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie has become available in our In-Room Dining, Bars & Private Events kitchen team.

Main duties & responsibilities

As Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the entire kitchen brigade and the In-Room Dining, Bars & Events kitchen team.

Entry Requirements

You will:

  • Be able to work well within a large team
  • Be experienced in high volume food sales, preferably in a fine dining establishment
  • Exhibit superior technical and natural cooking abilities
  • Have experience working in a luxury hotel
