A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and talented Bar Supervisor to join the dynamic team in The Red Room.

Located in the heart of the hotel, the theme of the bar is surrounded by art, fine wines and spirits. The wine list will highlight the extensive selection the hotel proudly holds within the cellar, inclusive of 20 premium wines by the glass served with Coravin. Selected spirits are handpicked and bespoke, available only in The Red Room and a selection of wine based cocktails will change according the seasons. The unique art and contemporary feeling, combined with past traditions will set the philosophy for the bar, providing comfort and unrivalled service for our guests.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As Bar Supervisor, you will:

  • Assist in leading a team of 14 in the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
  • Be an excellent and confident communicator, who will take a hands-on approach to your role and your team. 
  • Have a natural ability to lead and support a successful team, and a wealth of wine and beverage knowledge, both classical and contemporary.

Entry Requirements

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to assist in the management of an outstanding bar team. You must be an accomplished and talented Bar Supervisor with proven experience in people management and development of a team within a high profile environment.
