A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate bar back to join the Coburg Bar team at the award-winning 5-star deluxe Connaught Hotel.

The Connaught, in the heart of Mayfair, has consistently celebrated its coveted heritage as one of London’s most iconic hotels, whilst continuing to receive critical acclaim as one of London’s most exclusive and renowned hotels. The Coburg Bar has been designed by India Mahdavi. Using her unique and eclectic creativity, she has created a public space that encompasses a warm, chic, relaxed and intimate vibe, while maintaining the essence of its original appeal.

Main duties & responsibilities

As a bar back you will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to multi task and prioritize your duties to ensure a fantastic experience of The Coburg Bar; enabling you and the rest of your team to provide a service experience that is personal to each of our guests and represent this award-winning bar.

Entry requirements

You will be passionate about people and in joining a team committed to delivering an outstanding bar experience. With this in mind, ideally you will have previous experience within a similar role, and some knowledge of quality wines, products, cocktails and tea and coffee would be beneficial. However your commitment to your team and guest service delivery will set you apart.
