Main duties & responsibilities
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading and developing a top performing team within an exceptional dining environment. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the planning, organisation and supervision of the restaurant team, within one of London’s most exclusive luxury hotels.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a talented individual with proven experience within a similar restaurant environment in a team leader role where quality food, wine and ingredients are key priorities. An excellent and confident communicator, you will take a hands-on approach to your role and your team, with a focus on training and developing colleagues. Previous experience within a similar environment is highly desirable for this role.
