Main duties & responsibilities

As an Assistant In-Room Dining Manager you will assist with leading the team in the delivery of an exceptional in-room dining experience at The Connaught. You will be responsible for all aspects of in-room dining operations and you will have a key focus on continuing to develop the standards, procedures and approach, leading the team to deliver excellent guest service at all times.

Entry Requirements

You will be an accomplished and talented manager with proven experience in managing and developing a team within a high profile environment. An excellent and confident communicator, you will take a hands-on and proactive approach to your role, with a key focus on training, development and succession planning to support service delivery and achievement of departmental goals. Experience within a similar environment would be highly desirable and a sound knowledge of all in-room dining operation is essential for this role.
