An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a passionate and ambitious Director of Technical Services to join one of the best hotels in the world. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the hotel's exceptional refurbishment project currently underway.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As Director of Technical Services you will manage the performance of the technical services and engineering function, manage daily operations, deliver planned and preventative maintenance strategies, and deliver and lead hotel, building and CAPEX projects.

You will have responsibility for managing the property’s maintenance strategy and agenda, ensuring the integrity of the product and will be the internal property specialist to the operations team for all property, building, maintenance and engineering, legislative health and safety requirements and daily operational needs.

Entry Requirements

You will be an exceptional manager with proven experience of leading an engineering function and team within a similar environment. You will have the ability to work with integrated building management systems and in-room and building control systems is a key aspect of this role, as is strong project management and exceptional team management skills. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation both at hotel and corporate level, and be a proactive and solutions focused manager.
