Main duties & responsibilities

As Assistant IT Manager you will be first point of contact for Hotel Guests and Staff with their IT requirements and ensure the smooth running of all IT systems and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for good maintenance of PCs and technology equipment, as well as support a wider range of systems throughout other Hotel departments such as Switchboard and Front Office. You will provide technical support and assistance to all colleagues and guests on a range of on-premises and cloud-based systems and ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times. You will also be responsible for a small team, where by you will be expected to contribute to the development of your team.


Entry Requirements

You will have a hands-on approach and take a proactive role in order to support needs at all levels. A working knowledge of various IT systems is essential particularly Active Directory and Vmware, and ideally you will have proven experience within the hospitality industry.
