We are looking for a Front of House Assistant (Server) to work in our staff restaurant called MUSE, as a key part of the team you will also be required to help with the clearing and cleaning of the restaurant, maintaining the highest standard at all times.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

You will be meeting and greeting all staff members and ensure that they have a 5* service during their break times.  As the Front of House Assistant (Server) you will need to play an active part in giving new ideas for the department in terms of menu’s, service and products.

On average, MUSE, our staff restaurant serves 80 breakfasts, 250 lunches and 160 dinner in a day, 7 days a week. You will also be expected to ensure that the Kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required.

Flexibility will be required to meet business needs.

Entry Requirements

We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role. The person will be a team player who is adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
