We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Coordinator to join the Claridge’s team.

Your role as Front Office Coordinator will be to check arrival reports for accuracy of reservation, guest history and billing information. You will ensure a method of guarantee and payment is established and recorded prior to guest arrival. You will also be responsible for receiving and recording full and accurate back-up for all 3rd party payments.


Main duties & responsibilities

You will liaise with other departments such as Concierge to ensure that car and restaurant reservation requests are actions and confirmed; also Guest Relations to ensure VIP, inclusive package and regular stay recognition is managed.

Other responsibilities as Front Office Coordinator will include but will not be limited to will be:

  • To ensure pre-arrival requests are being followed through and actioned
  • To update guest history and comments on guest tiles
  • To arrange and confirm reservations of regular guests
  • Prepare arrival reports three days in advance, reviewing profiles, comments, billing instructions and allocation
  • To ensure a method of guarantee and payment is established and recorded prior to guest arrival according to Maybourne standards
  • To maintain and where possible exceed the Maybourne Hotel Group minimum standards.

Entry Requirements

We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

  • Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
  • Be able to work in a pressured environment, and consistently reach our high standards.
  • Have immaculate personal presentation.
