Night Waiter/Waitress (Casual)
We are seeking an outstanding Casual Night Waiter/ Waitress to join our In Room Dining team responsible for creating exquisite dining experiences within the comfort of the guests bedroom.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that all food and beverage orders are delivered to the rooms to the highest standards
- Support the team during service to ensure a smooth operation
- Support a team to ensure that additional duties such as clearing, refreshing of mini-bars and delivery of amenities are achieved
- Ensure that the pantry areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy
- Maintain a positive relationship with the in room dining and kitchen team
Entry Requirements
- Experience as a waiter/ waitress in a fast paced restaurant or In Room Dining environment
- 4 or 5-star or experience in a similar position is essential for this role
- Passion for food and quality products and ingredients
- Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken English is essential
- Ability to work in a high pressured environment
- Outstanding attention to detail
