We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Recruitment Officer to join the Human Resources team, looking after all aspects of human resources from recruitment and selection to employee relations.

It also has a famous all-day dining restaurant, the Foyer & Reading Room, and two bars: Claridge’s Bar and the intimate Fumoir.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Support the human resources team to operate an efficient service to team members and managers
  • Ensure compliance with Claridge's and Maybourne Hotel Group policies and procedures and current legislation
  • Assist in the training and development of colleagues alongside the training manager
  • Manage the Recruitment and selection processes; managing adverts, applications and candidate experience to ensure that vacancies are filled within a timely manner
  • Support managers in employee relation matters including probation reviews, disciplinary and grievance matters including investigations, minute taking and letter writing

Entry Requirements

  • Experience within a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Experience dealing with fast paced recruitment
  • Demonstrate ability to take a pro-active approach to problem solving and challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken and written English is essential
