Main duties & responsibilities

As Assistant In Room Dining Manager you will ensure the seamless running of the department by developing the team to provide excellent customer service, and exceed our high legendary standards. 

You will be a professional in the team at Claridge’s and assist in ensuring the achievement of optimum profitability and maintaining the financial control of the department.

Entry Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with great internal and external customer focus. The ideal candidate will be able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a real passion for hospitality and would like to build their career in the Food and Beverage Division.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

  • Supervisory or management skills of leading and managing a large team
  • Excellent knowledge of food, wine, liquor and champagnes
  • An Innovator in Food and Beverage
