Events & Groups Executive
We are seeking a creative events & groups executive to join the events & groups team, you will handle reactive sales enquiries for groups as well as our event spaces, predominately on our mezzanine floor.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Fully plan, coordinate and execute events, from enquiry, proposals, organising site visits and show arounds liaising with suppliers and internal departments, to the final billing.
- Coordinate all group activities with our corporate Sales, reservations and front office teams
- Liaise with groups staying at Claridge’s, manage their bookings and all related events
- Support the director of events & groups and events & groups managers when necessary
Entry Requirements
- Luxury 5-star experience within a similar role
- Experience of total account management of events, both social and corporate, ideally within a fast paced hotel environment
- Ability to deal with challenging guests with high expectations
- Demonstrate ability to take a pro-active approach to problem solving and challenges
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken and written English is essential
