A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to join the opening team of The Berkeley Café.

The Berkeley is perfectly positioned between Hyde Park, fashionable Knightsbridge and the residential neighbourhood of Belgravia. Main duties & responsibilities

As a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress you will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to interact with guests and clients to ensure a fantastic experience at The Berkeley.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Provide a warm welcome and an excellent service experience to every guest in The Berkeley Café.
  • Ensure a full understanding of current and upcoming food & drinks menus and be able to make confident recommendations our guests.
  • Take drinks and food orders to the departmental standards.
  • Post orders in Micros and amend special requests appropriately.
  • Handle cash and credit cards after the guest has requested the bill, ensuring that all items are posted and the correct change/receipt will be handed out.
