A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an energetic Lobby Host/ess to join our Concierge team at The Berkeley.

Main duties & responsibilities

As a Lobby Host/ess you will provide a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintain the levels of service to the highest standards at all times. You will be responsible for welcoming and escorting guests in a warm friendly manner and be a true ambassador for excellent service.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Escort guests to their desired location.
  • Discretely inform the appropriate departments and management of VIP arrivals.
  • Deal with any queries promptly, efficiently and pleasantly.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries.
  • Establish, promote and maintain good public relations and enhance sales for the hotel at every opportunity.
