A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Key Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at The Berkeley.

Main duties & responsibilities

As a Key Room Attendant you will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to interact with guests and clients to ensure a fantastic experience at The Berkeley. You will be able to act as a self-checker and complete allocated tasks in the most efficient way.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure allocated guest rooms, guest corridors & service areas are kept tidy and to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.
  • Maintain effective intradepartmental communication, ensure Departmental Trainer & Supervisor are kept informed of any problems/queries.
  • Assist in training & development of Colleagues as required.
  • Complete routine cleaning of bedrooms & bathrooms in accordance with LQA and Berkeley standards without requiring additional supervision.
  • Report any maintenance faults and ensure that repairs are carried out.
  • Carry our special instructions from Reception e.g VIP guest requirements or amenities.
