We are currently seeking a creative and exceptional demi chef de partie to join our pastry team around head pastry chef Mourad Khiat at The Berkeley

The Berkeley is perfectly positioned between Hyde Park, fashionable Knightsbridge and the residential neighbourhood of Belgravia. Its signature experiences include the famed Blue Bar, two Michelin-starred dining in Marcus and the Bamford Haybarn Spa, with heavenly swimming pool.
As a Demi chef de partie you will play an integral role in our renowned and creative pastry team and will be responsible for culinary delights for our in-room dining, banqueting events and our world-famous fashionista's afternoon tea Prêt-à-Portea at the Collins Room restaurant. You will assist the Pastry team with the preparation of exquisite patisserie and desert dishes, and our award winning afternoon tea cakes and biscuits. As a Demi chef de partie you will also supervise the Commis chefs, apprentices and trainees within your section.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Demi chef de partie who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to deliver outstanding quality and service.
