A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Concierge Coordinator to join our Concierge team at The Berkeley.

Main duties & responsibilities

As Concierge Coordinator you will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to interact with guests and clients to ensure a fantastic experience at The Berkeley.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Provide an efficient support to the concierge team, which shall include but not be limited to writing, answering and sending emails, answering telephone calls and completing daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure you become a known point of contact within the department and develop and maintain excellent working relationships with guests and staff.
  • Provide administrative support to the departmental manager and trainer by assisting with training plans, SOP updates and co-ordinate training within the department.
  • Maintain an up to date working knowledge of hotel services and products.
  • Respond to all guests and departmental requests in a timely manner.
