Main duties & responsibilities

As Back of House Supervisor you will be an integral part of our Back of House team. You will be responsible to coordinate daily tasks and supervise an existing team of permanent and temporary staff within the hotel. A strong communicator, you will ensure that all Back of House staff is thoroughly informed about daily operations within the hotel.


Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Back of House Manager in conducting regular stock takes of areas and report any discrepancies and follow up actions immediately.
  • Support the daily management of the stores and goods delivery and ensure that accurate records are maintained at all times. 
  • Ensure that newly trained agency staff or permanent team members adhere to working standards and protocols in their working areas. 
  • Carry out weekly stock takes of various stock categories as assigned by the back of house manager.
  • Support the management of waste of all hotel outlets and ensure all waste and recycling is removed from the premises correctly.
