Public Area Attendant
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Public Area Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at The Berkeley.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
As a Public Area Attendant, you will assist the housekeeping department to keep all the areas of the hotel and equipment well maintained, cleaned and up to the hotel’s standards.
Main responsibilities of the Public Area Attendant include, but are not limited to:
- The cleanliness of all areas should exceed guest expectations.
- To ensure that the staff, changing rooms entrance and surrounding areas to the hotel are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Clean mirrors and vacuum staff lift and purchasing lift.
- Clean waiter service areas on all floors.
- To clean emergency staircase on all floors.
- Report all missing items and lost & found items to Security immediately.
- Report all items in disrepair or damaged to maintenance.
Entry Requirements
Successful candidates for the Public Area Attendant will demonstrate genuine dedication to The Berkeley and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
