A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Patisserie Supervisor to join The Cedirc Grolet Patisserie team at The Berkeley.

The Berkeley is perfectly positioned between Hyde Park, fashionable Knightsbridge and the residential neighbourhood of Belgravia. Its signature experiences include the famed Blue Bar, The Berkeley Bar & Terrace, and The Berkeley Café.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Cédric Grolet at the Berkeley is his first ever-high end patisserie shop that was created outside Paris. Cedric Grolet is known for his “Trompe-l'œil” pastries that resemble the fruits and flowers that he was inspired with from a very young age.
As a Patisserie Supervisor you will be providing a warm welcome and an excellent service experience to every guest and customer in Cedric Grolet.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the managerial opening and closing procedures are followed and the accounts are correct.
- Hosting guests for the exclusive counter experience and ensuring a 5-star service is maintained.
- Brief the team in the morning at 08:45 to include the Chef of the counter and on Fridays the weekend briefing to include the entire culinary team.
- Ensuring adequate levels of packaging is maintained throughout the week, with a weekly delivery from the supplier.
- Understand the P&L and to see how you can manage the team to create a positive outcome on GOP.
- Be aware of any events, special food items, changes or activities throughout the day – highlighted as part of daily briefing.
- Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
