We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our vibrant Blue Bar team at The Berkeley. 

With an independent spirit and an eye for style, The Berkeley is the epitome of modern British luxury. Rooms are by leading designers, and London’s original fashionista afternoon tea is served daily in the Collins Room. The Berkeley is perfectly positioned between Hyde Park, fashionable Knightsbridge and the residential neighborhood of Belgravia. Its signature experiences include our famed Blue Bar, Out of The Blue, Michelin-starred dining in Marcus and the Bamford Haybarn Spa, with a heavenly swimming pool.

Main duties & responsibilities

As Blue Bar Manager you will ensure the seamless running of the department by developing the team to provide excellent customer service and exceed standards. You will be a professional in the Management team at The Berkeley ensuring the achievement of optimum profitability and maintaining the financial control of the department. You will be creative and work actively on keeping up with trends to drive the department forward and stay competitive. 

Entry requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Bar Manager who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team leader and will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
