A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Waiter/Waitress to join the The Berkeley Bar & Terrace team at The Berkeley.

Main duties & responsibilities

As a Waiter/Waitress you will provide an excellent level of customer service in a professional and efficient manner in line with the department standards.

 

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

 

  • Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional.
  • Fully conversant in serving cocktails, drinks and food to The Berkeley’s standards.
  • Anticipate guests needs when possible and interact with them.
  • Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
  • Ensuring that licensing laws, health and safety legislation is adhered to.

Successful candidates for the Waiter/Waitress opportunity will demonstrate genuine dedication to The Berkeley and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.

We anticipate applicants will have previous experience in Food and Beverage and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
