Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Please provide your preferred bathrobe size (S, M, L, XL or XXL) and up to three initials per robe at the time of booking in the “Additional Requests” section.
  • Subject to availability. Not combinable with any other offers or promotions.
  • Applicable to new reservations only; all reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the rime of booking.
  • Rates are quoted per room, per night, inclusive of VAT and subject to a 5% discretionary service charge.
  • Offer valid from 1 February 2026 - 28 February 2026.
