Terms & Conditions
- Rates are inclusive of VAT and subject to a discretionary 5% service charge.
- Christmas lunch excludes beverages.
- Offer valid for a two-night stay with arrival on 24 December only. Applicable to new bookings only and cannot be combined with any other offer or negotiated rate. Subject to availability.
- 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due on 25th November 2026 and is also non-refundable. Full non-refundable payment is required for bookings made on or after 25th November 2026.
- Horse-drawn carriage timings will be allocated by the Concierge team and confirmed upon check-in.
- Christmas trees are available for one-bedroom suites, two-bedroom suites and signature suite reservations only.
- Late check-out is guaranteed until 2pm on the day of departure.
