We are seeking an exceptional IT Security Manager to join the Maybourne Hotel Group team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As an IT Security Manager your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Provide input to help shape future security strategy and delivery on the transformation projects;

  • Lead the implementation of a comprehensive Cybersecurity program;

  • Ensure department adheres to policies and procedures that are compliant with industry and regulatory policies;

  • Keeps abreast of new developments and forecasts future trends in the area of security integration in the Hospitality industry;

  • Managing the overall security roadmap and the dependencies with teams;

  • Ensure the hotel IT staff are informed on all newly implemented systems, changes to policies and procedures are communicated;

  • Provide support and assistance on all IT related projects.

Entry Requirements

Successful candidates for our IT Security Manager opportunity will:

  • Experience in delivering security projects including technical process change. Need to be familiar with Security and enterprise IT frameworks ISO2700;
  • Demonstrate the ability to build strong business partnerships – able to challenge and support. 
  • Have a strategic mindset: ability to drive transformation programs especially towards cloud solutions;
  • Be a keen and motivated people manager with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask on a daily basis;
  • Have strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail;
  • Have a high standard of personal presentation with confident, professional and welcoming personality;
  • Have ideally worked in a similar role within a hotel environment, however this is not a prerequisite;
  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Maybourne Hotel Group and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.
