We are seeking an experienced system support analyst to join the IT team, responsible for assisting with in-house and 3rd party applications, databases as well creating custom reports.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Work as part of team they need to find an experienced systems support analyst with a demonstrable understanding of multiple applications, databases and servers. Ideally candidate will have experience working within hospitality industry
  • Primarily responsible for assisting with in-house and 3rd party applications, databases as well creating custom reports and building SQL queries to facilitate business needs

Entry requirements

  • Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel environment
  • Have a track record supporting multiple applications with a good knowledge of SQL and database management
  • Experience building custom SQL queries and reports using Crystal and/or SSRS. Any experience with Opera BI tool would also be a real advantage
  • Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
  • To be proactive in identifying critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and then drive issues to resolution
