We are seeking an experienced reservations manager to lead the rooms reservations and restuarant reservations team.

Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Berkeley, together the Maybourne Hotel Group, are three of the world’s most legendary luxury hotels, located in Mayfair and Knightsbridge in the heart of London. Although each hotel has its own distinct character and personality, all are defined by their impeccable service, timeless style and a commitment to giving guests an authentic and unique experience.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 24 reservations agents and supervisors to provide exception service for our guests
  • Ensure that targets are met on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis, including call conversion, email and call handling, revenue and call handling standards
  • Analysis of financial statments, revenue reports and financial data
  • Maintain and manage third party partner relations
  • Work closely with revenue, sales and marketing and each of our properties to ensure that revenue is maximise

Entry requirements

  • Luxury 5-star experience within a similar role is essential for this role, however it is not essential that this experience is within a hotel environment
  • Experience managing a high volume contact centre
  • Hands on experience of manging a large high performing team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
