We are seeking a motivated Assistant Brand Marketing Manager to join the brand marketing team based in Mayfair. This role is essential in supporting the brand marketing manager in building the Maybourne Hotel Group brands.

Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Berkeley, together the Maybourne Hotel Group, are three of the world’s most legendary luxury hotels, located in Mayfair and Knightsbridge in the heart of London. Although each hotel has its own distinct character and personality, all are defined by their impeccable service, timeless style and a commitment to giving guests an authentic and unique experience.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the photo-library including managing the requirement for new photography
  • Write comprehensive creative briefs and manage new collateral projects through to completion
  • Brief copywriters on required copy needs, evaluate and supply to necessary parties
  • Support and coordinate with the digital marketing team in supplying content for e-marketing communications
  • Coordinate and execute the calendar of promotions for our travel consortia advertising programme
  • Support the digital marketing and marketing team where necessary with other ad-hoc projects

Entry requirements

  • Luxury experience within a similar role, hospitality experience is not essential
  • Fluent spoken and written English with immaculate grammar
  • Creative and keen to take on responsibility
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressured environment
